Roger Bromley recently retired from the PCAS Committee, having been a member for about 15 years during. which he had various roles, most recently being our Membership Secretary. We are grateful for his efforts over the years.. Ed Westerby took over the role of Membership Secretary and is already well known as one of the skippers of our trip boat. New Horizons.
